What has been your greatest moment at Forvis Mazars so far?
It's really hard to pick just one moment! It's a combination of many things: the autonomy in my work, the multitude of projects, and the direct contact with clients. Not to mention the opportunity to communicate with all my colleagues at any time, regardless of their rank.
What did you like about Forvis Mazars from the beginning?
From day one, I had the opportunity to work at one of Forvis Mazars Zurich's largest clients. This allowed me to establish contact with the client very quickly. These interactions enabled me not only to acquire technical skills but also to build valuable relationships. This large-scale project has had a significant impact on my career path at Forvis Mazars and will undoubtedly influence my future.
If you had one piece of advice to give to your future colleagues?
The company culture shared by all employees is invaluable, and we must nurture it at every moment. We progress together by supporting each other and collaborating closely. Never underestimate the impact of a croissant or a cake brought to the office!
