Three questions for Caroline
What has been your greatest moment at Forvis Mazars so far?
My greatest moment was having the opportunity to travel to Asia for a client after only three months of internship. I was truly surprised, excited, and grateful when it was offered to me.
What did you like about Forvis Mazars from the beginning?
The trust placed in me, the diverse missions, and the positive atmosphere within the company. From the moment I arrived, I was given a great deal of autonomy and a variety of tasks across different projects. We learn something new every day, and it's fantastic. What I also appreciated was how approachable everyone is, regardless of their position. The teams are supportive and positive, which reflects the overall spirit at Mazars.
If you had one piece of advice to give to your future colleagues?
Without hesitation, the key piece of advice given to interns upon arrival would be: ask questions! It's important to avoid getting stuck and wasting precious time. Furthermore, the teams are always there to answer quickly and enjoy sharing their knowledge.
