Spring insight programme

If you’re in your first year at university, our Spring insight programmes are designed to inspire and empower you. Hosted in one of our regional offices, you’ll discover what a career in accountancy and professional services could look like and start growing the skills to get there.
Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to:
- Hear from senior leaders and ask your questions
- Build your personal brand and confidence
- Take part in a business simulation
- Network with professionals and peers
- Gain early access to our Summer Internship opportunities

Summer Internships – Summer in the City
Five weeks to launch your career.
Our paid Summer Internship Programme gives penultimate-year students the chance to immerse themselves in a professional services career. Over five weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience in one of our service lines (Audit, Tax, Consulting, or Advisory) whilst building transferable skills to kick-start your career.
During your internship, you’ll get the opportunity to:
- Work on real client projects and gain practical experience
- Take part in structured training, networking, and social events
- Build connections across our inclusive teams
- Gain the opportunity to interview for a graduate role starting in September 2027
From your first day, you’ll grow your skills, belong to a supportive team, and make an impact by bringing fresh ideas to our business.
